I'm no longer an Army girlfriend. And I plan to date outside the military, its just too many dramas and cheating. I know there are dramas and cheating outside the military, but military life seems just soooo ghetto in all ways. I'd rather be tied in an ant hill and drenched with honey than live the kind of life I've seen in the military.

i was with her idiot ass until the end. how can you judge something youve NEVER experienced??

I'm not knocking girlfriends, I was one for a long time. But you really don't know what all goes into being with a guy in the military until you are married.

I guess its not for everyone this lifestyle but dont go and confess such shit on a military site and not expect to piss off a bunch of people. If you hate the lifestyle so much and have moved on then MOVE ON and stop bitching about it..

I'm sorta lost on this one. Apples and oranges is how I see girlfriends and wives. They all grow on trees, but they don't look the same, smell the same or taste the same.

WTF was she even trying to get at? At first she says its so easy to tell someone to leave, but incredibly hard to do in practice... and then continues to say what slimeballs military men are and what a horrible life it would give you. You'd think she'd be encouraging people to get out.

So I must have missed the memo where you can only get cheated on by military guys (so I'm not sure what you'd classify my civilian ex as doing when he fucked that other chick) and trashy people only exist in the military (she's obviously never been to my hometown).

I must of missed it too... ooops maybe it came in that last PCS move and got lost in the chaos of the USPS back rooms....
and with regards to the idiot's final statement of
"military life seems just soooo ghetto in all ways" ummm do please explain? I mean sometimes military life just sucks but hey everyone's life sucks at one time or another that doesnt make it ghetto or is she referring to the fact we move often? But then the term I would think she would want would be nomadic???

I do kinda wanna say this is the work of a drama starting ^&%$ cause as it was said she has come on a military oriented site and just said all of us have "ghetto" lives.... she wanted to start sh&t
